is the is the third most frequently visited tourist  destination in Hungary, after Budapest and  Lake Balaton. Eger (called Agria in Roman Empire) is noted for its Baroque architexcture. It is famoues for its thousand-year history, heroic past, rich monuments, famous wines and thermal baths.

Budapest és a Balaton után a harmadik leglátogatottabb turista célpont Magyaroszágon. Eger, a barokk város (a római korban Agria néven szerepelt) ezeréves történelemmel, hősi múlttal rendelkezik, műelékekben gazdag, és emelett híres borairól és termálfürdőiről.
