"Mi smo svjesni da je završetak ovoga projekta samo jedan mali korak više koji smo napravili u približavanju kriterijima koje pred nas postavlja EU, a naročito prema kriterijima Schengenskog prostora. Zbog toga mi je drago da je Hrvatska završetkom ovoga projekta napravila još jedan korak više kako bi postala zaista pouzdan partner EU danas. RH radi već nekoliko godina značajne napore kako bi bila spremna ispunjavati kriterije EU pa je u tom cilju i donesena Strategija razvoja granične policije, Strategija integriranog upravljanja granicom, Schengenski akcijski plan i niz drugih provedbenih i operativnih dokumenata kojima je cilj da RH, u prvom redu Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova bude apsolutno spremno i sposobno prihvatiti sve kriterije EU koji se pred nas postavljaju.	Croatia has been working since few years with significant efforts in order to be ready to meet the criteria of the EU and for this implemented the Border Police Development Strategy, Integrated Border Management Strategy, the implementation of the Schengen Action Plan besides of many other implementations and operational documents is the goal of Croatia, in the first place Ministry of Interior which is absolutely ready and able to accept all EU criteria which stand before us.	Horvátország már néhány éve azon dolgozik, hogy teljesítse az EU kritériumait és emiatt implementálta a Határrendőrség fejlesztési stratégiát, az Integrált határőrségi stratégiát, és ezen projektek és dokumentációk mellett a schengeni akcióterv megvalósítása Horvátország és mindenek előtt a Horvát Belügyminisztérium célja, amely abszolót kész és képes az EU követelményeinek befogadására.

We had exceptional support from the EU, the European Commission, individual member countries and certain organizations for which we thank them", said among others the State Secretary, Ivica Buconjić at the official closing ceremony of the project "Developing readiness for the implementation of SIS II ", the EU PHARE 2006 held on Thursday , on the 4 February in the Amphitheater Police Directorate.	Kiemlkedő segítséget kaptunk az EU-tól, az Európai Bizottságtól, egyes tagállamoktól és bizonyos szervezetektől, amelyért köszönette mondunk", mondta egyebek között az államtitkár Ivica Buconjić a "Felkészülés a SIS II implementálására" EU PHARE 2006 című projekt hivatalos záróünnepségén február 4-én a Rendőrség Igazatóságának Amfiteátrumában.
Sama svečanost okupila je goste, uzvanike, predstavnike hrvatskih državnih tijela, ministarstava koji su sudjelovali u projektu uz brojne djelatnike i dužnosnike Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova.	On the ceremony gathered guests, important persons, representatives of the Croatian state bodies, ministries that participated in the project along with the numerous employees and officials of the Ministry of Interior.	Az ünnepségen résztvettek a horvát állami testületek és minisztériumok képviselői és fontos személyei valamint a Belügyminisztérium számos alkalmazottja és hivatalnoka.
Voditeljica projekta Dubravka Hölbling, u ime korisnika Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova RH obraćajući se sudionicima svečanosti posebice je pozdravila nazočne državnog tajnika Ivicu Buconjića i Paola Berizzija šefa Operativnog odjela u delegaciji EU u Hrvatskoj te predstavnike konzultantskog projektnog tima Gábora Markovitsa, direktora projekta i Kláru Ámon, voditeljicu tima.	Dubravka Hölbling Project Manager, on behalf of the Ministry of Interior addressed the participants of the ceremony and especially welcomed Ivica Buconjić State Secretary, Paolo Berizzi the Counsellor of the EU Delegation in Croatia, and the representatives of the consulting project team Gábor Markovits project director and Klára Ámon team leader.	Dubravka Hölbling projekt menedzser, a Belügyminisztérium nevében üdvözölte az ünnepség résztvevőit és kiemelten köszöntötte Ivica Buconjić államtitkárt, Paolo Berizzit, a horvátországi EU Delegáció főtanácsosát és a tanácsadó prjektcsoport képviselőit, Markovits Gábor projektigazgatót és Ámon Klára projektcsapat vezetőt.
U svom izlaganju Dubravka Hölbling obrazložila je etape, ciljeve ovoga nadasve značajnog projekta u čijoj je provedbi sudjelovalo oko 90 djelatnika raznih tijela državne uprave i ministarstva, posebice MUP-a RH.	In her presentation Dubravka Hölbling explained the stages and goals of this significant project which implementation included approximately 90 employees of various government bodies and ministries, especially the Ministry of Interior of Croatia.	Dubravka Hölbling előadásában bemutatta e jelentős projekt szakaszait és céljait, amelynek megvalósítása kb. 90 alkalmazott bevonását igényelte a különböző állami testületekből, legfőképpen a horvát Belügyminisztériumból.
Naglasila je nadalje kako je cilj projekta bio analiza trenutne pozicije Hrvatske po pitanju usklađenosti sa Schengenskim informacijskim sustavom II (SIS II) u pogledu institucija, pravnog okvira, funkcionalnosti sustava i sigurnosti, a da je projekt pripremio temeljem ove analize preporuke, razvio opsežan plan za uklanjanje utvrđenih nedostatka kao i razvoj poboljšanja kako bi Hrvatska zadovoljila zahtjeve, u spomenutim područjima, za pridruživanje SIS-u II.	She stressed furthermore that the objective of the project was the analysis of the current Croatian conditions from the respect of the compliance with the Schengen Information System II (SIS II) in terms of institutions, legal framework, system functionality and security, and that the project prepared based on this analysis, recommendations and developed a comprehensive plan for covering the gaps and developing improvements to meet the demands of Croatia, in the mentioned areas, to join SIS II.	Hangsúlyozta, hogy a projekt célja a jelenlegi horvátországi helyzet elemzése volt a Schengeni Információs Rendszernek (SIS II) való megfelelés szempontjai alapján intézményi, jogkörnyezeti, rendszerműködési és biztonsági területeken, és hogy a projekt az elemzések alapján egy komplex tervet készített a hiányok pótlására, a szükséges fejlesztésekre, SIS II csatlakozás követelményeinek való megfeleléshez.
S obzirom da je projekt provodio konzorcij kojeg čine AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd., voditelj konzorcija i IDOM 2000 Consultancy Ltd., vodeće mađarske konzultantske tvrtke, s velikim iskustvom u vezi Schengena i srodne tematike, a koje su bile uključene, kao konzultanti, u mađarsko pridruživanje SIS-u direktor projekta Gábor Markovits i Klára Ámon u svojim su pak izlaganjima govorili o planu provedbe za Schengenski informacijski sustav.	The project was implemented by a consortium of AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd.., as the leader of the consortium and IDOM Consultancy Ltd 2000. These are leading Hungarian consulting companies having extensive experience concerning Schengen and the related topics, and worked as the consultants in the implementation of the Hungarian SIS. Gábor Markovits Project Director and Klára Ámon in their presentations talked about the implementation plan of the Schengen Information System.	A projekten egy konzorcium dolgozott, az AAM Vezetői Informatikai Tanácsadó Kft. és az IDOM Konzulens 2000 Kft. Mindkét cég vezető tanácsadó cég Magyarországon és szaktudással rendelkeznek a schengeni és a kapcsolódó témakörökben, szakértőként részt vettek a magyar SIS megvalósítási projektben. Markovits Gábor projektigazgató és Ámon Klára előadásukban beszéltek a Schengeni Információs Rendszer megvalósítási tervéről.
Naglasili su pri tom kako je svrha projekta “Razvijanje spremnosti za primjenu SIS II” pružanje pomoći Hrvatskoj u razvoju određenih administrativnih, pravnih i tehničkih zahtjeva neophodnih za članstvo u Schengenskom prostoru koji će, nakon pridruživanja Hrvatske EU, omogućiti hrvatskim državljanima, ali i državljanima Schengenskog prostora slobodno kretanje između Hrvatske i drugih država članica Schengenskog prostora.	They stressed that the purpose of the project "Developing readiness for the implementation of SIS II" is to assist Croatia in the development of certain administrative, legal and technical requirements necessary for the membership in the Schengen Area, which will, after joining of Croatia to the EU, ensure to the Croatian citizens and the citizens of the Schengen Area the free movement between the Croatian and other member states of the Schengen Area.	Hangsúlyozták, hogy a "Felkészülés a SIS II implementálására" projekt célja, hogy segítsen Horvátországnak a felkészülésben admnisztratív, jogi és technikai területeken, ami szükséges ahhoz, hogy az ország schengeni tagságához, és miután Horvátország csatlakozik a térséghez a horvát és az egyéb tagállamok állampolgárai szabadon mozoghatnak Horvátország és a Schengeni Térség területein.
Projekt će također pomoći tijelima provedbe zakona ostvarenje bolje suradnje u borbi protiv međunarodnog kriminala te pridonijeti poboljšanju sigurnosti u EU.	The project will also help the law enforcement authorities to achieve better cooperation in the fight against international crime and contribute to improve the security in the EU.	A projekt segít a rendészeti szerveknek is, hogy hatékonyan együttműködhessenek a nemzetközi bűnözés elleni harcban és hozájárulhassanak az EU biztonságának a javításához.
Paolo Berizzi, govoreći o značaju Schengenskog prostora, istaknuo je kako će ovaj projekt omogućiti svakom hrvatskom državljaninu da slobodno putuje Schengenskim prostorom, ali i državljanima Schengenskog prostora Hrvatskom jer je Hrvatska turistička i mediteranska zemlja.	Paolo Berizzi was speaking about the importance of the Schengen Area and he stressed that this project will enable for every Croatian citizen to freely travel to the Schengen Area, and also for the citizens of the Schengen Area to travel freely to Croatia which is a touristic mediterranean country.	Paolo Berizzi a Schengeni Térség fontosságáról beszélt, és hangsúlyozta, hogy ez a projekt majd lehetővé teszi, hogy minden horvát állapolgár szabadon utazhasson, és hogy a Schengeni Térség állampolgárai is szabdon utazhassanak Horvátországba, a mediterrán turista országba.
Dodao je i kako je u interesu i Hrvatske i EU da Hrvatska uskoro bude punopravna članica EU.	He added that the interest of both Croatian and the EU is that Croatia will soon be a full member of EU.	Hozzátette, hogy mind Horvátország, mind az EU érdeke, hogy Horvátország mielőbb teljesjogú EU tagállammá váljon.
Zahvaljujući svima koji su pridonijeli provedbi ovoga projekta Berizzi je naglasio kako je EU u posljednjih deset godina samo u projekte koje je provodio MUP RH uložila 50 milijuna eura.	Expressing his thanks to everyone who contributed to the implementation of this project, Berizzi stressed that the EU has in the past ten years invested 50 million euros in projects implemented by the Ministry of Interior of Croatia.	Köszönetet mondva a projekt monden résztvevőjének Berizzi kiemelte, hogy az elmúlt tíz évben az EU 50 millió eurót adott a Belügyminisztériumban projektek megvalósítására.
Inače, projekt je financiran sredstvima Europske komisije u vrijednosti 517 tisuća eura, provodio se godinu dana, a primarni partneri u njegovoj provedbi bili su: Ravnateljstvo policije, Uprava za europske integracije i međunarodne odnose, Uprava za posebne poslove i Uprava za razvoj, opremanje i potporu Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova RH kao i sva hrvatska nadležna tijela koja će imati pristup SIS II podacima, a to se ponajprije odnosi na sudove, urede državnog odvjetništva, Upravu za konzularne poslove Ministarstva vanjskih poslova i europskih integracija, Carinsku upravu Ministarstva financija, Sigurnosno obavještajnu agenciju i Agenciju za zaštitu podataka.	The project which was financed by the European Commission in the value of 517 thousand Euros was implemented in one year and the primary partners in the implementation were: the Police Directorate, the Directorate for European Integration and International Relations, the Department of Special Affairs and the Development Department, departments of the Ministry of Interior, as well as all the Croatian competent authorities which will have access to SIS II data, which are primarily: the Courts, the State Attorney's Offices, the Directorate for Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance, the Security Intelligence Agency and the Agency for Data Protection.	A projekt, melyet az Európai Bizottság 517 ezer Euróval finanszírozott egy évig tartott. A megvalósításban elsődleges partnerek voltak: a Rendőrség Igazgatósága, az Európai Integráció és Nemzetközi kapcsolatok Igazgatósága, a Különleges Ügyek Osztálya és a Fejlesztési Osztály a Belügyminisztérium részéről. Emelett más kompetens horvát hatóságok is közreműködtek, amelyek a SIS II adatokkal dolgoznak majd: a bíróságok, az ügyészségek, a Konzuli Ügyek Igazgatósága a Külügyminisztériumból, a Pénzügyminisztérium vámügyi szervei, a nemzetbiztonsági és az adatvédelmi szervek.
