The northern and
north-western coast offers a rich variety of scenery, from tall storm-swept
cliffs
to gentle sandy bays. The dramatic sceneries of the Scottish lakes (lochs)
were even more
emphasized by the foggy-rainy-windy weather.
Rabbit Islands. A group of small islands located in Tongue Bay on the northern coastline. They are so named because rabbits are the only inhabitants of the island. |
