SCOTTISH HIGHLAND     

From Edinburgh we headed to north, and crossed the spectacular Scottish Highland.
We have visited a castle, have seen artistically designed gardens and parks and incredible

green colors. The weather on the Highland was extremely rough: cold, rainy and windy.... but

all these things belong to Scotland.

Edzell Castle
 The earliest part of the castle was built in the 16th century.

Forres is a little town in North-East Scotland.

The town has a central park which has magical flower decorations.

 

The local companies support the maintenance of the park. They sign their name. This teddy bear was created by a local restaurant.

The wild flowers also reach here abnormal size.

Sheeps still can live here. They enjoy green grass, and do not care too much of the rain, cold and wind.

The road goes through this beautiful sea bay.

Highland Cattles
The Highlander is one of the oldest and hardiest native breed of cattle. The exact origins (pedigree) of Highland cattle date back to the 13th century.
