Oslo - Oslo, Norvégia fővárosa, egyben az ország legnagyobb városa. A történelem során kétszer is nevet változtatott, először 1624-ben IV. Keresztély dán király tiszteletére Christiania, majd Kristiania névre, illetve másodszor 1925. január 1-jén, eredeti nevének visszavételével. Számos parkja és nyílt területe szellős és zöld képet ad. A félmillió lakosú norvég főváros központja meglehetősen csendes, hiszen a város alatt futó alagútrendszerben bonyolítják le a közlekedés nagy részét. Rövidke időnkben a belvárosban  és a kikötőben sétáltunk, ellátogattunk a Frogner-parkba Gustav Vigeland szobrai közé, megnéztük a Viking és a Fram múzeumot..
Oslo - Oslo is the capital and the largest city of Norway. The city changed name twice: in 1642 became Christiania in the honour of the Danish King Christian IV. later became Kristiania, and after  1 january 1925 the Oslo name was restored. Several parks and open areas contribute to its fresh green character. The city has quite million population. The traffic is running mostly in tunnels under the city. We walked in the downtown and the port, visited Frogner Park to see the Vigeland statues, then two museums: the Viking and the Fram.

Holmenkollen - Holmenkollen Oslo erdős kerülete, ahol síugró sánca, amely 134 méteres, K-pontja 120 méternél található. A körülötte kialakított stadion befogadóképessége 50.000 fő. Itt bonyolították le az 1952. évi téli olimpiai játékok síugró számait, valamint négy alkalommal síugró világbajnokságok színhelye volt. A jelenlegi sánc 2007-ben lett kész.
Holmenkollen - Holmenkollen is a forest district in Oslo, which is famous  of its ski jump. It is 134 meter high, and its K-point is at 120 meter. The stadium around the ski jump was designed for 50.000 spectators. The 1952 Winter Olympic Games was organised here, and the stadium hosted the ski world championship several times. The current ski jump was completed in 2007.

Fram Múzeum - A  Fram ("Előre") hajót az Északi- és a Déli-sarkon használták expedíciókhoz Fridtjof Nansen, Otto Sverdrup, Oscar Wisting, és Roald Amundsen kutatók 1893 és 1912 között.  1935 óta a hajó a Fram Múzeumban van kiállítva..
Fram Museum - Fram ("Forward") is a ship that was used in expeditions of the Arctic and Antarctic regions by the Norwegian explorers Fridtjof Nansen, Otto Sverdrup, Oscar Wisting, and Roald Amundsen between 1893 and 1912. In 1935 the ship was installed in the Fram Museum where she now stands.
